1:1 Consultation · Online
Understand what your body has been trying to tell you, even when your labs came back normal.
You're exhausted, waking at 3am, and not feeling like yourself, and you've been told everything looks fine. In 45 focused minutes, we read your whole picture together, starting with your Nervous System and reading your hormones and your nourishment through it, as one story rather than separate concerns. You leave understanding what's actually happening and what to do first.

Who this is for
Your symptoms are not a character flaw. They are information, and they can be read.
You're exhausted all day but wired at night, running on empty even after a full night's sleep.
You wake at 3am with your mind racing, then move through the day foggy and flat.
Brain fog and word-finding blanks have crept in, with an anxiety that feels louder than it has ever been.
You've been told your labs are "normal," or handed numbers no one ever connects to how you actually feel.
Your body doesn't feel like yours anymore: weight around the middle, bloating, cycles that have shifted.
You've read the articles and followed all the right accounts, and you don't need more information, you need someone to connect the dots.
The promise
Fewer than 7% of doctors say they feel prepared to manage menopause, and most training programs still don't include it, so being dismissed was never a reflection of you. This is personal, 1-to-1 time, where we start with your Nervous System and read your hormones, your sleep, and your nourishment through it, and you leave knowing the one or two things worth your energy first.
What to expect
The consultation happens over Zoom or phone. Nothing is scripted, this is the flow most sessions settle into.
01
We start by slowing down. I set out how the time will work, and you get a moment to land. This is a space where your body and your experience are both believed.
02
You talk, I listen. Your energy, your sleep and the 3am waking, your cycle, your mood, and what your days actually ask of you. I'm gathering the real picture, not running a checklist.
03
I reflect the pattern back to you. How your Nervous System, your hormones, and your blood sugar are talking to each other, and why your "normal" labs and your very real symptoms can both be true at once.
04
You leave with one or two precise, doable first steps matched to what we found, and a clear sense of the path ahead. Practical, paced, and yours.
What you leave with
You've already read the articles and tried the tips that didn't fit your life. Generic advice fails because it isn't built around your body and your history. This is.
You'll finally understand what's driving how you feel, the hormonal shifts and the wired-but-tired Nervous System state underneath your symptoms, and start to see them as information rather than something wrong with you.
The one or two things most likely behind your 3am waking, your brain fog, and your fatigue, connected into a single clear picture instead of scattered symptoms.
Specific, doable actions matched to your body and your real life, in priority order, that you can begin this week, instead of ten you can't sustain.
A short follow-up email summarizing what we discussed and your starting steps, so nothing gets lost after we hang up.
Meet Yasaman
I'm Yasaman, and I help women in perimenopause come back to themselves. I do this work because I've watched too many women, capable and thoughtful and doing everything right, be told their labs are normal and sent home still exhausted, anxious, and not feeling like themselves. That space between what the numbers say and what a woman knows in her own body is exactly where I work.
My approach is biology-led and trauma-aware. I start with your Nervous System, the one system everything else runs through, and read your hormones, your metabolism, and your nourishment through it, with your lived history as part of the same picture rather than a separate concern to manage in isolation. I treat your symptoms as information your body is offering you, never as a failing or something to push harder against.
I'm a certified Perimenopause and Menopause Coach and Women's Hormone Health Practitioner through the Integrative Women's Health Institute, a certified nutrition coach, and I've completed practitioner training with Dr. Aviva Romm, alongside training in Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal-informed Nervous System work. But the heart of what I offer is simpler than any credential: I will listen, I will take you seriously, and together we can find your way back to yourself.
Yasaman
In their own words
I'm so glad I reached out to Yasaman for support. She helped me understand what was happening with my hormones and why I was experiencing the symptoms I had been struggling with. One of the biggest takeaways was realizing I wasn't eating enough to support my body. Together, we created a realistic plan around nutrition, movement, and stress management that feels sustainable and works for my lifestyle.
Nelsa ·hormones & nutrition
Our session gave me a completely different perspective on sleep during perimenopause. Yasaman explained how my daily habits, including fasting and high-intensity workouts, could be contributing to my stress levels and affecting my sleep. I left with practical strategies to improve my sleep hygiene and a much better understanding of how to support my body during this transition.
Samantha ·sleep & perimenopause
Even though I'm taking thyroid medication, I was still struggling with constant fatigue and low energy. Yasaman helped me understand that medication is only one piece of the puzzle. Learning how nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and my environment all influence thyroid health gave me a clearer path forward and practical steps I could start implementing right away.

Before you book
Life happens. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session, no questions asked.
After you book, I'll send you a short intake form, a few quick questions about what's going on and what you're hoping for. Filling it in ahead of time means we can spend our whole session on you, not on the basics. Then just find a quiet, private spot where you can speak freely.
This is educational and supportive guidance to help you understand your body. It does not replace care from your own medical provider, and it isn't a diagnosis.
Everything you share stays private. This is your space.
Frequently asked
Once you book, I'll send you a short intake form. Filling it in beforehand means we don't spend our 45 minutes on the basics, we go straight to your story and what your body is actually asking for. We meet over Zoom or phone, whichever feels easier, and you leave with a written recap by email.
Women in their late 30s, 40s, and beyond navigating perimenopause, menopause, or hormonal shifts, whether or not you've put a name to it. If you feel exhausted, wired at night, foggy, anxious, or just not like yourself, often after being told your labs are normal, and you want to understand what's happening and where to begin, this is for you.
A clearer understanding of what's driving how you feel, your one to two priorities for the next 30 days, honest direction on what to try and what to set down, and a written recap.
It's a genuine, standalone session. Many women come once for clarity and a starting point. If it feels right to keep working together afterward, we can talk about what that looks like, with no pressure.
Not at this time. The consultation is a one-time $75 self-pay session.
Booking shows times in your local zone, so you can choose what works for you.
You can book the next available time right from this page.
No labs are needed, and we won't be reviewing bloodwork in our 45 minutes together. If you've had testing, it's helpful to mention, and a full look at your results is part of the deeper work if we continue.
