This website is Return to Capacity™, the practice of Yasaman Nazhand, a Certified Integrative Women's Health Practitioner (operated by Guthealthgold LLC, California). When this policy says "I," "me," or "my," it means this practice.

What I collect

Information you give me directly. When you take the quiz, request a free guide, subscribe to updates, book a call, or send me a message, you may share your first name, your email address, your quiz answers, and anything you choose to tell me about how you have been feeling.

Information for clients. If you book a consultation or join a program, you complete intake forms inside my booking platform. These can include health history and wellbeing details you share so that I can support you well. This information is kept confidential and used only to work with you.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, basic technical details (such as your browser type and general location) may be logged by the services that host and run this site. I do not use invasive tracking, and I do not build advertising profiles about you.

When you fill in a form on this site, such as the hormone quiz, a workbook request, the application, or the contact form, a copy of the answers you type is stored securely in our own database so that Yasaman can read your responses with care and context. This information is used only to support you, it is never sold or shared for marketing, and you are always welcome to ask for your entries to be corrected or deleted by writing to us through the contact page.

How I use your information

• To send you the guide, workshop, quiz result, or resource you asked for.
• To send occasional, grounded emails you can leave at any time.
• To respond to your messages and questions.
• To schedule and deliver consultations and programs, and to support you as a client.
• To understand which resources are helpful, so I can improve the work.

The tools I use to run this practice

I keep my toolkit small and use trusted providers. Each one processes your information under its own privacy terms:

• Kit (ConvertKit), for email sign-ups, resource delivery, and updates.
• Practice Better, for booking, intake forms, and client records.
• Substack, if you subscribe to the Return to Capacity Letters.
• My website host and Google Fonts, which serve the pages you are reading.

Your health information

Anything you share about your health or wellbeing is treated with particular care. It is kept confidential, stored inside my secure booking platform, used only to support your care, and never sold or shared for marketing. This work is educational and is not a substitute for medical care. You can read more on the Disclaimer page.

What I do not do

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I share it only with the service providers listed above so the practice can run, or if I am ever legally required to.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.
• You can ask me what information I hold about you.
• You can ask me to correct or delete your information.

To make any of these requests, email me at support@yasamannazhand.com and I will take care of it.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you shared it, or as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, it is removed.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies. Some embedded services (such as the booking platform, Substack, or fonts) may set their own cookies to function. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Children

This website and these services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 16.

Where your information is handled

This practice is based in the United States, and your information is processed there. By using this site, you understand that your information may be handled in the United States.
