hey there, I'm Yasaman
Her story
The path she teaches is the one she walked.
I came to this work the way you might be coming to it now, through my own body, looking for answers. For years I lived with hormonal acne, painful periods, hair loss, constipation, and ten kilos I could not shift, while I poured everything into proving myself, with no net to fall back on. I tried everything, keto, the diet books, birth control, one protocol after another. Some of it helped for a while, and none of it reached the thing underneath.
The problem had never been my discipline.
What changed was learning to treat my body as one connected picture, and to support it in the right order. I went back to school, studied integrative nutrition, and tended the systems no one had ever asked me about, my gut, my hormones, my nourishment, and a lot began to ease. But the deepest shift came when I understood my body had been keeping score, carrying years of stress all the way down to a thyroid that slowed to protect me. It had to feel safe before it could truly use any of the support I was giving it. Biology and safety, together, are what brought me back.
For a long stretch of it I was also disconnected from my own truth, in rooms where saying what I needed never felt safe. That was never weakness, it was the same survival intelligence I now recognize in the women I work with, and my body kept score of it as carefully as it kept score of everything else. A voice held back moves into physiology, which is why getting yours back is part of this work rather than a bonus at the end.
That is the work I do now, biology-led, so your symptoms start to make sense and your capacity can be rebuilt. My way of working is precise, paced, and built around safety, never pressure. My health is not perfect, and there is nothing special about my Nervous System. If mine could start finding its way home, yours can too.
